Create a new booking for Self / Other employee's
Room booking system allows you to book a meeting room for self / employee's.
Cancel an existing booking
A booking can be canceled and the room will show as available for booking for others.

At the time of booking, search the room based on the number of attendee's.

Notifications
Notify attendees about booked meetings, provide reminders regarding up coming / cancelled meetings. Splan provides notification options in Email / SMS / Push notifications. An alert can be sent to host for not occupying the room on time, before the room is released for booking by others.
