Manage and track received and picked-up packages through the Deliveries module. Employees and Lobby Ambassadors can use this module across web and mobile devices to ensure a smooth hand-over and pickup of delivered packages.

Notifications

Receive notifications through email, SMS etc about received and picked-up packages. Receive reminders about packages that are pending pick-up. Our notifications module includes pre-defined templates to support easy package delivery management.

Employee access

Employees and Lobby Ambassadors can access the Deliveries module through the self-service kiosks, signin easy app and web portal thus easing them through a seamless experience.

Track and trace

Lobby Ambassadors can use the web application and signin easy app to log received packages and mark pending packages as picked-up. Employees can use their access to the visitor app on the self-service kiosks to track and manage deliveries.

Report and Dashboards.

The Deliveries dashboard provides the Lobby Ambassador with an overview of received packages and their status per day. Real time status tracking thus enables a smooth hand-over and pickup of delivered packages.
